The 2026 CMO Strategy Labs brought seven partners into ten city-based working sessions for senior B2B marketing leaders. 1mind, Firebrick, HG Insights, Soarion Digital, The Pedowitz Group, Webflow, and ZOOM Marketing supported discussions across the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest, helping create small rooms built for practical work, expert guidance, and candid peer exchange.
The 2026 CMO Huddles Strategy Labs brought senior B2B marketing leaders together for hands-on discussions about AI, positioning, AEO, content, and the future of go-to-market.
Each session was intentionally limited to approximately 10 to 15 marketing leaders. The format replaced passive presentations with working sessions, candid peer discussion, practitioner guidance, and a private dinner.
Seven partners helped make the three regional tours possible:
These organizations contributed more than brand support. Their experts participated in the rooms, shared relevant frameworks, and helped CMOs work through active business questions.
One Strategy Lab attendee described the format this way:
“Fast yet deep exposure to a curated group of partners and ideas relevant for CMOs in the age of AI.”
The East Coast tour visited:
The supporting partners were 1mind, Firebrick, HG Insights, and Webflow.
Amanda Kahlow of 1mind explored the future of SDRs and AI-first go-to-market. Bob Wright of Firebrick led positioning discussions, while Guy Yalif of Webflow led sessions focused on AEO and content.
The AI Initiatives sessions included perspectives from Eric Eden, Samantha Stark, Drew Neisser, and Nicole Leffer across the four stops.
The West Coast tour visited:
The supporting partners were 1mind, ZOOM Marketing, and The Pedowitz Group.
Amanda Kahlow and Katie Nocerino of 1mind shared perspectives on the future of go-to-market in an AI world. Jeff Pedowitz of The Pedowitz Group led AEO and content discussions.
The tour also featured positioning sessions with Ellie Victor and AI Initiatives conversations with Sandra Miley and Eric Eden.
The Midwest tour visited:
The supporting partners were 1mind, Soarion Digital, and Firebrick.
Amanda Kahlow continued the AI-first GTM conversation. Brittany Trafis of Soarion Digital led AEO and content sessions, while Bob Wright of Firebrick guided positioning discussions.
Eric Eden and Liza Adams contributed sessions focused on AI initiatives and practical experimentation.
Brittany reflected on the quality of the exchange:
“The CMOs brought a level of deep conversation, engagement, and openness to new approaches that made the sessions especially valuable.”
Strategy Lab partners participate in a deliberately small environment where relevance matters more than event scale.
The format gives partners an opportunity to contribute expertise, hear the challenges senior marketing leaders are navigating, and build relationships through useful discussion.
For attendees, that creates exposure to knowledgeable specialists without turning the day into a sequence of vendor presentations.
